Objectives of the Grievance Cell
- To create a safe space for students and staff to express grievances without fear or hesitation.
- To ensure prompt and impartial resolution of academic, administrative, or personal complaints.
- To uphold fair practices, justice, and accountability within the institution.
- To encourage a culture of dialogue, listening, and mutual respect.
Types of Grievances Handled
- Academic concerns such as evaluation issues, attendance disputes, or faculty-related matters.
- Administrative problems like delays in documentation, fee-related concerns, or facilities.
- Behavioral issues involving harassment, discrimination, or unfair treatment.
- Suggestions or complaints related to college services, hostels, or infrastructure.
Procedure for Redressal
- Students or staff may submit their grievances:
- In written form through the drop-box placed near the office.
- Via email or through the online grievance form available on the college website.
- The Grievance Cell meets regularly to review and address submissions.
- All cases are handled with confidentiality, sensitivity, and fairness.
